Reno - Behavioral Coordinator

Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Behavioral Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have already worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Behavioral Health Unit prior providing a variety of services to patients/residents. This position will train with and report to a remote Clinical Supervisor for oversight on all cases worked.Responsibilities IncludeParticipate in clinical training/case consultation as needed and biweekly clinical oversight with clinical supervisor.Provide behavioral health assessment and therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or groups in long-term care settings under direction of a clinical supervisor.Document assessments and progress notes for each encounter and submit within 24 hours for review by clinical supervisor.Conduct therapeutic program implementation as requested by partner facilities and approved by clinical supervisor.Perform non-violent crisis intervention as appropriate.Participate in case management functions as requested by a partner facility and/or care management personnel.Job TypeFull-TimeMonday - Friday4 Days in the field Monday through Thursday, 1 day administrativeHealth, Vision, Dental InsurancePTO & 9 Paid holidays per year401k with 3% company matchVariety of voluntary benefits availableCompensation$20.00 - $22.00/hr
