Bartender/Server

```Duties``` - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other specialty drinks - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a bartender or in the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register accurately - Understanding of food safety regulations and practices - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and making change Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
