Case Worker

There is one full-time position available within the Emergency Residential Childhood Program for Cottage 5. The hours are flexible and based on the needs of youth and program. This is a salaried position with a starting salary of $48,500.Responsibilities: Serves as primary contact for families/guardians, DCF, and schools regarding treatment progress of caseload of youth; facilitates diagnostic and clinical assessments, including the CANS and comprehensive assessments; attends Individual Treatment Plan meetings; co-facilitates clinical and psycho-educational groups with the Program Clinician and psycho-educational groups within the milieu; provides support to milieu to ensure fidelity to the ARC framework; assists youth with the development of Behavioral Support and Safety Plans; coordinates and supervises family and guardian visits; assists with facilitation of intakes for the ER Programs.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
