STG has a 98% repeat business rate from existing clients and have achieved industry awards and recognition for our services.Skills Required:Java - Backend development using Java Spring Boot.Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services - Cloud Function, Pubs/Subs, PostgreSQL, etc.Test Driven Development (TDD)Apply AI-assisted and agentic AI tools to accelerate code generation, improve code review quality, automate development workflows, and support spec-driven development.Continuously identify opportunities to enhance engineering productivity through the responsible adoption of AI-driven software engineering practices.Ensure all AI-assisted contributions result in secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions consistent with team and organizational engineering standards.Skills Preferred:AI enabled Development and tools (GitHub Co-Pilot, Gemini Conductor, Open Code, etc.)Experience Required:10+ years in IT; 8+ years in developmentProven experience applying AI-assisted and agentic AI software engineering practices to accelerate code generation, improve code review quality, and automate development workflows.Familiarity with spec-driven development practices and the ability to translate requirements into structured, AI-assisted implementation plans.Solid understanding of secure coding, software design, and engineering best practices, with the ability to critically assess AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainabilityJAVA Developer w GCP & AI position is based at Dearborn, Michigan.
