Job Title: Program Manager – Mechanical / Electrical SystemsLocation: Beverly, MAJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems to support semiconductor tool programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of program milestones within the semiconductor industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project milestones and ensure timely delivery of deployment activities across multiple client programs.Develop and maintain structured project plans, track dependencies, monitor risks, and document key updates.Facilitate internal and external status meetings, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-ups to ensure progress and accountability.Utilize reporting tools and templates to track project metrics, timelines, and issue resolution status.Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, or delays and escalate appropriately while supporting solutions to maintain project momentum.Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, changes, and communications to ensure team alignment and audit readiness.Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project scope.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.Facilitate both internal and client meetings, track action items, and ensure completion of project deliverables.Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices and identifying opportunities to improve implementation workflows and processes.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).10+ years of experience working with semiconductor tools or semiconductor equipment programs.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Proven experience in program or project management within a technical environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor equipment industry.Knowledge of part obsolescence management.Strong documentation, reporting, and process improvement experience.
