Group S.p.a was founded in Italy 45 years ago and has grown into a leading multinational company in the logistics & transports industry.With more than 50 branches worldwide, we are committed to providing our clients with cutting-edge solutions in shipping, logistics, and customs consultancy.Our goal is to ensure that people feel inspired, motivated, and equipped to express their passion and professionalism within an inclusive and welcoming work environment.We believe that diversity enriches our team and fosters an innovative and dynamic workplace.We actively encourage applications from individuals of all genders, ages, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, abilities, and cultural experiences.If you share our values, we look forward to receiving your application.Your RoleAs Export Operations Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Export Operations Team.In this position, you will be responsible for :Coordinate export shipments via ocean, air, or truck from origin to destination.Ensure timely and accurate flow of shipment information and documentation.Track shipments in transit and provide status updates to customers.Generate invoices and maintain accurate customer and shipment records.Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Negotiate with vendors and carriers for cost-effective rates and reliable service.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, tariffs, and industry best practices; maintain accurate system data.Prepare and manage job costing forecasts, payables, receivables, and accruals.Comply with all regulatory requirements, including FMC and TSA regulations.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in export operations.Strong knowledge of ocean and air export operations, with understanding of international shipping procedures and documentation.Experience with CargoWise is considered a strong plus.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Location: Doral (Miami)Why Join Us?
