This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and successful migration of HR data into Workday HCM.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR data conversion, data governance, and Workday implementations within complex healthcare or enterprise environments. This individual will partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and implementation teams to validate, cleanse, map, and support the successful transition of employee data into Workday.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end HCM data conversion activities for a Workday implementationAnalyze, cleanse, map, and validate legacy HR data for migration into WorkdayPartner with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation teams to ensure data accuracy and completenessAssist with identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and conversion risksSupport data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) validation processesReview and validate employee, organizational, job, compensation, and benefits-related dataParticipate in testing cycles including mock conversions, UAT, and reconciliation activitiesMaintain documentation related to conversion mapping, transformation rules, and validation resultsEnsure compliance with data governance and privacy standardsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and support project timelinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM implementations or data conversion initiativesStrong understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle processesExperience working with large-scale employee datasets and data validation activitiesFamiliarity with Workday HCM modules including:Core HCMCompensationBenefitsOrganizational structuresExperience with data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and reportingStrong Excel and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting healthcare or large enterprise organizationsPrevious Workday conversion or implementation experienceExposure to Workday EIBs, Prism, or reporting toolsFamiliarity with HRIS systems and data governance best practices
