Overview A boutique RIA is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and deliver high-quality service to a high-net-worth client base. This role focuses on account administration, client communication, and operational support.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for client service requests (account maintenance, transfers, onboarding)Process account openings, funding, distributions, and custodial paperworkCoordinate with custodians to resolve account issues and track requestsMaintain accurate client records and CRM dataAssist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentationSupport advisors with reporting, performance summaries, and client deliverablesEnsure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsQualifications2+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial servicesWorking knowledge of brokerage and advisory account operationsExperience with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills
