Manufacturing Process Engineer

Specific Responsibilities Includes: · Assist in defining safety standards and productivity standards for new or existing manufacturing processes · Process Owner to drive process improvements, improved quality, and lower cost of manufacture · Process capability to analyze ‘Best Practice’ and implement at all levels · IATF 16494 understanding preferred. · Machine design, continuous improvement and /or re-design · Assist in establishing quality standard and procedures for new and existing manufacturing processes · Participate in interdisciplinary teams to define continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements or to enhance product quality or manufacturing productivity including but not limited to Applications Engineering and Quality Engineering departments · Assist in the creation or modification of employee training On the Job Training, technical knowledge and skill set should include: · Mechanical Design · Hydraulic/Pneumatics · Electrical expertise · Knowledge of PLC programming and interfacing/Controls/Ladder Logic Programming · New product/ Process Development · Material Handling System · Heat Transfer · SPC,DOE, and FMEA · Vision Systems · Robotic/Process Automation Technologies · LabView/ Solid Works Job Type: Full-time Pay: $69,641.61 - $83,869.47 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: LabVIEW: 5 years (Preferred) SolidWorks: 5 years (Preferred) Process improvement: 5 years (Preferred) FMEA: 5 years (Preferred) Process management: 5 years (Preferred) Process engineering: 5 years (Required) Location: Clover, SC 29710 (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Clover, SC 29710 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Clover, SC 29710: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
