Hailing from top universities worldwide, our Strategists bring their personal experiences to the table as they invest in the team’s overall expertise and support parents and students in navigating today’s increasingly complex education landscape.What You’ll Be Responsible ForAs a Crimson Rise Strategy Consultant, you will work directly with young students (typically ages 10-14, occasionally younger) and their parents to develop and execute academic, extracurricular, and personal growth goals in line with desired academic or professional pathways. You’ll be responsible forCreating, maintaining, and ensuring execution on strategic roadmapsLeading a team of experts to support the execution of these roadmapsIdentifying age-appropriate, interest-aligned competitions and activitiesCommunicating the latest university admissions trendsPartnering with parents to ensure a quality service experience and tangible growthResponsibilitiesAs an Early Education Specialist, you will also serve a smaller portfolio of pre-Rise families through Crimson's early-stage advisory service. This is a new branch of Crimson Rise, and you’ll contribute significantly to the program’s development as it scales. In Stage 1 (Ages 0-5), you'll advise parents directly on early childhood education strategy; in Stage 2 (Ages 6–10), you'll work with parents and students together to build foundational academic, extracurricular, and habit-formation plans. You'll be responsible for:Creating, maintaining, and ensuring execution on developmental roadmapsAdvising parents on elementary school selection, curriculum philosophy, and application processes (e.g. Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, bilingual immersion, traditional)Advising parents on developmental milestones, at-home enrichment activities, language acquisition strategies, and early academic strategy in literacy, writing, and mathematicsIdentifying early-stage extracurricular exposure, competitions pathways, personal projects, and summer programming that lay the groundwork for future projectsIdentifying and vetting localized partner services (tutoring, extracurriculars) where relevantServices You’ll ProvideAs a Rise StrategistGuide students in pre-college academic strategy, including:Assessing academic performance and proposing improvement/growth solutionsAdvising on curriculum selection and pros/cons of public, private, boarding, online, and homeschoolSelecting courses, activities, summer programs, and super-curricular programsIdeating advanced capstone projects that can scale throughout high schoolBuilding advanced competitions plans that span high schoolOptimizing recommendations for university admissions based on shifting trends and student’s location, background, resources, and strengthsProvide holistic, consultant-led coaching to students 1:1, includingOrganization, time management, goal-setting, and study skillsGuided interest identification and career researchGuided project brainstorming and activities selectionTailored reading lists and guidance on vocabulary improvementIntroduction to university admissions and expectationsReflections on priorities, interests, motivators, strengths, and stress managementHelping students become healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world aroundSupport sales and marketing teams across Crimson in understanding / presenting the Rise program to prospective clients.As an Early Education SpecialistProvide specialized, education-centric guidance to parents and children during early years (0-10 years old), including:Early childhood school selection and curriculum choice (comparing systems like Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, bilingual immersion, traditional)Early developmental milestones (cognitive, language, motor, social-emotional), along with at-home activities and family habits to support developmentEarly childhood language acquisition strategy, centered around family goals and cultureIdentification and vetting of local, in-person tutoring or extracurricular services to support execution of overarching strategyBuilding and maintaining a personalized development roadmap, with regular strategy alignment sessionsSupport planning and development of pre-Rise services for 0-10 year-olds, including:Participation in sales consults, trainings, or speaking engagementsSupporting internal training and sales/marketing questionsCreating resources or collateral which may be scaled for future StrategistsRequired QualificationsUndergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university5+ years of professional working experience3+ years of experience educating, coaching, or working with 6–14-year-olds; comfortable working directly with parents as the primary clientDeep fluency in early childhood education philosophies and elementary school landscapePreferred - Leadership experience in early childhood or elementary education (e.g., Head of Lower School, Director of an early childhood program)Required SkillsAbility to translate developmental + pedagogical expertise into clear, actionable insightsResearch and analysisGlobal awareness and cross-cultural communicationSolution orientationCollaborative mindsetCreative thinking under pressureWhy work for Crimson?Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you workLimitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year$1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)!Psychologist on staffInsightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high-performing and ambitious teamRadical Candor is a feedback approach we live byWe’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe.
