ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical and production equipmentDiagnose malfunctions in machinery and perform necessary mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical repairsRespond to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtimeReplace or fabricate worn parts and components as neededMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, repairs, parts usage, and equipment statusEnsure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance activitiesAssist with basic fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, and metalworkingSupport production by operating equipment when necessaryCollaborate with other departments and provide guidance to support personnel during maintenance activitiesKeep work areas clean and safe, and promote safety in all aspects of workStrive for continuous improvement in equipment performance and maintenance processes Benefits and PayCompetitive compensationOpportunity for advancement based on performanceAccess to industry-leading safety and training programs Work EnvironmentRegularly works in a production environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and airborne particlesMay be exposed to heat, chemicals, and moderate to loud noiseOccasionally works in outdoor conditions or elevated areasFrequently stands, walks, stoops, kneels, and crawlsRoutinely lifts up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance)May need to climb onto trailers or trucks and use heavy equipmentMust be able to work beyond standard hours, including overtime as needed Position RequirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED3-5 years of industrial maintenance experienceProficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsStrong understanding of forklift mechanics and basic equipment operationExperience with fabrication tools including welding, grinding, and cuttingAbility to troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase electrical systemsBasic computer skills for documentation and equipment trackingGood organizational and communication skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or on ladders and liftsReliable transportationStrong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize repairs effectivelyCommitment to safety and continuous improvement in work practices This position is currently accepting applications.
