You will build products and platforms that enable our users to build set-it-and-forget-it workflows to automate business critical operations. We are looking for a seasoned engineer who has worked with complex systems that will scale.What You'll Do:Develop high quality software with attention to detailShip incrementally and continually at high velocityJump into different and new codebases and diagnose issues and problems quicklyBuild for systems that scale for a large variety of use casesTackle large scaling challenges that involve scaling our capabilities to support 100,000+ employee companiesWork highly cross-functionally with engineering leaders across the engineering orgBecome the in-house expert on Rippling customers and competitionQualifications:7+ years of software engineering experienceExperience building large-scale distributed systems, such as high-volume SaaS environmentsPreferred experience in building out large scale product infrastructures/platformsPreferred experience in our technology stack and similar technologies – Python, Golang, React, MongoDB, Temporal, Kafka, AWSAbility to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing themA track record of influencing and enabling forward-thinking technology decisions across a wide organizationExcellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in written and verbal modesAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
