This role will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored Planview solutionsDevelop and present technical proposals, including architecture diagramsLead solution implementation and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systemsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deliveryDevelop and maintain:Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)Training materials aligned with industry best practicesParticipate in Scrum ceremonies as requiredSupport knowledge management initiatives:Create, enhance, and retire documentation and knowledge articlesOptimize utilization of Planview platforms to:Improve stakeholder satisfactionIncrease process maturityDrive cost optimizationRequired QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience with Planview solutions, including:PortfoliosEnterprise ArchitectureAgilePlaceExperience with at least 3 full-cycle Planview implementationsStrong understanding of:Agile methodologies and frameworksEnterprise architecture principles and best practicesExperience with enterprise product integrationsFamiliarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) toolsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyPreferred QualificationsPlanview certification or related technology certifications
