Natick, MA Please Note: This position requires that the individual applying for this position have a documented diagnosed disability from a licensed health care provider. The successful candidate will receive case management services if hired. WORK Inc., a nonprofit human service provider agency in Dorchester, is seeking individual with a disability to perform general mess attendant services in our Cafeteria at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center. This position is responsible for the following but not limited to: Busing and cleaning dining hall tables, seats and booths. Using the dishwasher to load used dishes/utensils and unload clean dishes/utensils for storage. Replenishment of dishes and utensils for patron use. Cleaning and serving fountain dispensing stations. Transporting prepared food items from kitchen to serving stations and self-serving salad and dessert stations. Serving patrons food items from serving stations or lines. Maintaining all facility floors in a clean condition as necessary. Set up serving lines between 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled serving hours. Maintain and fill all condiment and beverage dispensers as needed. Assist with unlading vendor food deliveries and assist storage. Performs janitorial services (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning and restocking restrooms etc.) The position is Monday – Friday 20 hours per week. In addition, the position includes an individual plan of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and life insurance that are paid for in full by the employer . Other benefits include 11 paid Federal holidays, two weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment and 56 hours of sick time per year.
