We look forward to growing together.Responsibilities:Creating personalized and thorough Estate Plans tailored to each client's needsHandling all aspects of probate matters efficiently and effectivelyCollaborating with Financial Planners, CPAs, and Insurance Agents to provide comprehensive servicesTaking ownership of a client's case from start to finish, ensuring a smooth processSupervising and guiding legal support team members involved in production and deliveryDemonstrating self-motivation in managing cases independentlyThriving on daily interactions with clientsDeveloping and implementing strategies to secure a brighter future for clientsEmbracing opportunities for personal and professional growthOperating autonomously without constant supervisionQualifications:Must hold a valid membership in the Maryland State Bar in good standingRequires at least 4 years of proven experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust AdministrationProficiency in research and writing is essentialSkilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Word and ExcelExcellent organizational abilities are a mustDemonstrated experience in successfully managing a full caseloadAbout Company:We are a business-minded law firm with our sights set on expansion.
