Trusted.The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SSAG is hiring for an Entry-level Systems Engineer.ResponsibilitiesSupport Navy SSP in planning, coordination, and execution of systems engineering activities leading to Systems Engineering technical reviews, specifically supporting the Systems Engineering team to develop complex system and subsystem requirement specifications and architectures for a new Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. Support project teams from across other Government and Contractor organizations contributing to the Systems Engineering processes, design, and analysis activities for the system. Provide executive support for analysis working groups responsible for the development across subsystems and support the analysis required to develop allocated system requirements. Support the development of the requirements, verification traceability matrix (RVTM) for the system. Support system of systems integration activities to enable the execution of a coherent and successful missile system design effort.QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Active SECRET or higher DoD security clearance. 0-3 Years of experience performing systems engineering or system/component design activities. 0-3 Years of experience supporting either requirements development and management activities. Strong Communication skills with experience working in project teams and on individual projects. Proven ability to prioritize and execute workload to meet requirements and deadlines. Must be capable of breaking down complex issues into simplified problem statements and laying out objective approaches to identify and compare the merits of competing solutions. Desired Qualifications Experience in supporting multi-discipline working groups to support Systems Engineering activities. Experience with Navy SSP. Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. Master’s Degree in a related field. Preference for experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Cameo Systems Modeler. Experience implementing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for system designs.
