Our team is committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.What You’ll Be DoingBased in the Allentown, PA; not a remote roleLead regional heavy construction fleet and mobile equipment operations to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency across business linesDevelop and execute a 5-year replacement/rebuild strategy for yellow iron equipmentPartner with General Managers and Operations Managers to align equipment decisions with business goalsStrategic development and implementation of maintenance programs aligned with corporate and manufacturing standardsEvaluate outsourcing opportunities and contractor partnerships for equipment servicesEnsure compliance with DOT regulations and other safety/environmental standardsWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience in heavy equipment fleet management, preferably in construction or miningStrong understanding of yellow iron equipment (loaders, haul trucks, bulldozers, excavators) and DOT complianceStrategic thinker with solid data analysis skills and experience using SAP, Equip Check, and Excel (pivot tables)Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive operational improvementsDemonstrated capability in budget management and cost controlWork EnvironmentThis role involves a mix of office and field work across multiple sites within the region.
