I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: 1 year of strong cardiac experience (Cardiac SDU, Intermediate Cardiac, or Cardiac ICU). 2 years of IMC/PCU/Tele experience. Experience with Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro drips. 1 year of recent EPIC charting experience.COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
