Lead With Ownership.We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a fast-growing design-build construction firm in the Bismarck area is seeking an experienced Jobsite Superintendent to lead high-end custom residential and commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that specializes in:Luxury custom homesHigh-end renovations and additionsCommercial construction projects ($1M–$6M)Multifamily developmentsWe're looking for a construction professional who thrives in the field, communicates proactively, embraces technology, and takes pride in delivering projects the right way - not the easy way.If you value craftsmanship, accountability, organization, and leadership, this role offers long-term growth, profit sharing, and the chance to work on some of the region's most exciting projects.What You'll DoProject & Jobsite LeadershipManage day-to-day field operations across custom residential and commercial construction projectsEnsure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and exceed quality expectationsLead subcontractors and field crews with professionalism and accountabilityCoordinate all on-site activities from mobilization through final completionMaintain organized, clean, and highly efficient jobsitesConduct regular site walkthroughs and proactively identify issues before they become problemsRead and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and construction plansConstruction Quality ControlVerify all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and scopeIdentify discrepancies between plans, field conditions, and specificationsMaintain exceptional craftsmanship standards throughout all phases of constructionCoordinate pre-construction meetings and trade walkthroughs before critical phases beginEnsure all rough-ins, framing details, and finish work meet company standardsScheduling & Trade CoordinationSchedule subcontractors and coordinate workflow sequencingVerify trades are prepared before arriving onsiteCoordinate material deliveries, returns, and site logisticsLead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations clearlyCollaborate closely with project managers, architects, and interior designersClient CommunicationMaintain a high level of professionalism with homeowners and clientsProvide consistent project updates and documentationSupport client walkthroughs, punch list management, and project closeoutAssist with homeowner orientations and post-construction documentationTechnology & DocumentationUtilize construction technology platforms including CompanyCam and BluebeamUpload daily jobsite photos and project updatesDocument field conditions, redlines, notes, and project changesMaintain accurate project communication and recordsSupport SWPPP compliance and reporting requirementsSafety & ComplianceEnforce OSHA safety standards and safe jobsite practicesCorrect unsafe behavior immediatelyMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsitesEnsure stormwater and environmental controls are properly implementedHands-On LeadershipBe willing to jump in and help when neededLead by example with a "do whatever it takes" mentalitySupport field operations wherever necessary to keep projects movingWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsExperience as a Superintendent, Field Supervisor, Construction Manager, or similar leadership roleStrong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction processesAbility to read and interpret:Architectural plansStructural drawingsCivil plansConstruction specificationsExperience coordinating subcontractors and managing schedulesStrong communication and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and quality controlComfortable using construction technology and field softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordPreferred ExperienceCustom home or luxury residential construction experienceCommercial construction experienceMultifamily construction experienceDesign-build construction backgroundExperience using Bluebeam, CompanyCam, or similar toolsOSHA knowledge and jobsite safety management experienceWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered with exceptional qualityOrganized and highly efficient jobsitesProactive communication with teams and clientsTrades held accountable to schedules and workmanship standardsProblems solved quickly with solutions-oriented thinkingStrong documentation and follow-throughPride in craftsmanship and ownership of outcomesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $70,000–$100,000 DOEProfit sharing opportunities for additional $30,000-$50,000 annuallyCompany truck and tools providedMedical, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative team environmentLong-term growth potential within a rapidly growing companyWhy Join Us?We believe exceptional construction starts with exceptional people.
