Technical Instructor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Instructor to join our team and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals. In this role, you will deliver engaging, hands-on instruction for the electronics manufacturing industry. Extensive knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC-A-600 and IPC-7711/7721 a must. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive classroom and online instruction. Design and develop engaging curricula that meet industry standards and incorporate current technologies. Facilitate hands-on training sessions that promote experiential learning. Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their skill development. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying levels of prior knowledge. Maintain a safe learning environment by adhering to OSHA standards and promoting best practices in safety procedures across all technical disciplines. Experience Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or military equivalent. Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing principles Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum tailored for adult learners and post-secondary students. Prior classroom training experience with a focus on technical skills instruction in both in-person and online settings. Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.
