Part Time- Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Aurora, CO 80011 Pay: $20-24/hr Shift: 9 AM - 1:00 PM Job Type: Temp to Hire Experience: 6 months of Customer Service experience ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, consistently delivering excellent service.Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, providing client-focused solutions.Proactively manage the full customer order process, including order intake, confirmation, and analysis to ensure optimal shipping, and keep customers informed of changes.Coordinate with the manufacturing team for order fulfillment and follow up regularly after sales to ensure satisfaction.Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, including follow-up on quotes, upselling, and cross-selling to meet sales quotas.Manage administrative tasks such as generating RMAs, processing Requests for Credit, handling monthly reports, and completing NAFTA certificates.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines and processes.Identify opportunities to streamline and improve customer-related workflow and systems.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of experience in a customer-focused office environment with daily direct customer interaction; Inside Sales experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail.Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience utilizing an ERP system (Syspro preferred).High school diploma or GED required; some college preferredBenefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PaySick PayInterested in this position?
