We're looking for a service-driven, highly organized Practice Solutions Partner to be the central point of contact for advisors after their transition. In this high-impact role, you'll provide concierge-level support, coordinate solutions across internal teams, and ensure advisors have everything they need to succeed.If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love solving complex problems, and are excited by the idea of making a real difference in the success of financial practices—this role is for you.What You’ll DoBe the Go-To Resource: Serve as the primary support contact for advisors as they transition and grow their practices.Own the Problem, Drive the Solution: Troubleshoot both simple and complex issues quickly and effectively manage through ambiguity with professionalism.Manage the Moving Parts: Prioritize multiple advisor requests at once, collaborating across operations, compliance, and tech teams to deliver seamless support.Build Relationships That Matter: Act as a trusted partner—anticipating advisor needs, offering proactive guidance, and following through every time.Lead Through Service: Deliver personalized service that reflects a deep understanding of each advisor’s business model, goals, and client base.Support Projects that Drive Growth: Play a critical role in firm-wide advisor experience initiatives, process improvements, and onboarding enhancements.What We’re Looking ForStrong problem-solving and communication skills; able to explain complex ideas simply and clearlyHighly organized with exceptional follow-throughConfident navigating ambiguity and change; thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentComfortable with multiple systems and workflows; tech-savvy and resourcefulExperience supporting financial advisors or working within an RIA, BD, or custodian is highly preferredPreferred Candidates will have: Series 7 license (or a willingness to obtain it)3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a client service, operations, or advisor support roleExperience with advisor transitions, onboarding, or custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, LPL, Pershing)What You’ll GainPurposeful Work: Be part of a mission-driven firm that genuinely cares about helping advisors—and you—grow.Real Career Trajectory: This is not a static support role.
