What You’ll Do As a Private Banker, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with WoodTrust. This position calls for a well‑organized, highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for promoting WoodTrust Bank and its products. Associates should be positive, flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Assisting customers in person and by phone with professionalism and warmth Providing accurate information and guidance on bank products and services Opening, maintaining, and servicing customer accounts Performing teller transactions with precision and care Supporting office operations and administrative tasks Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on shared goals Maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding WoodTrust’s high standards of service What You Bring · High school diploma or GED; 1 – 3 years of related experience preferred · Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong reliability · Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people · Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency · Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace · Commitment to confidentiality, customer awareness, and service excellence Why Join Our Team?
