Butler Tibbetts is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its growing practice at the firm's Southport, CT office. This position is well-suited for a litigation attorney who is ready to step into a substantive, autonomous role within a sophisticated boutique practice, handling complex commercial litigation matters, working directly with firm partners, and contributing meaningfully to the firm's continued growth.The firm's practice is centered on healthcare law, managed care, and ERISA litigation. Healthcare litigation experience is welcomed but not required; what matters most is a strong foundation in New York state and federal court practice and the ability to manage matters independently.
