Carpenter ForemanJob DescriptionThis role involves hands-on work and assisting in leading a team. The Carpenter Foreman will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are built to specifications. The role includes monitoring and assisting while panels are being poured to ensure everything is completed according to the prints.ResponsibilitiesLead and assist a team of laborers and carpenters.Ensure all construction forms are built to specifications.Monitor and assist with panel pouring to ensure completion according to prints.Work on various new construction projects, primarily Tilt-ups.Essential Skills2-4 years of commercial construction experience.Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in carpenter, construction, concrete, Tilt-ups, and cast-in-place projects.Why Work Here?As one of the largest concrete general contractors and subcontractors in Spokane, we offer a variety of added benefits for permanent employees.
