Our product is an enterprise software platform that addresses pay and opportunity equity with the mission of creating a better working world for all. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of client onboarding and implementation of our PayParity product.Responsibilities:Accountable for project planning and execution, customer experience, and ensuring Trusaic delivery meets committed scope and budgetEmploy project management excellence to navigate the complex organizations of large enterprise customersMaintain excellence of project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day project planning and execution, project scope, expectations and risks, and ensuring timelines are met and quality results are producedHold weekly check-in calls with client teams to dialogue on current deliverables, questions, and next steps; provide updates to client on project implementation statusHold daily scrum calls with internal project team (Client Services, Data Science, Product Management) to track progress on imminent deliverablesCo-lead weekly internal team meeting, documenting and presenting current status for all clientsBuild strong relationships with our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and project manager throughout implementation Skills and Experience:2-5 years of experience project managing clients through software implementationStrong attention to detail and accuracy, managing many schedules and priorities simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with clients and internal workstreamsAbility to work with little guidance on complex work steps and juggle many projects at onceAbility to communicate complex statistical concepts and technical findings to non-technical audiences and participate effectively in client facing settings with varied interactions, requests, and diverse countries and culturesAbility to modulate discussions and areas of focus given the client team’s level of experience with pay equity reviews and quickly respond to client concernsComfortable with ambiguityComfortable with leading multiple client-facing calls weeklyFamiliarity with Human Resources/Compensation processes a plusCompensation:Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per yearHealthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions onlyPaid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis, plus one floating holiday
