Superintendent - Civil Engineering

**Position Overview**We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a superintendent capacity within the heavy civil construction industry. This individual will oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors across active project sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership presence, the ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
