Job Title: Workday Integrations Testing Project ManagerLocation: United States/OnsiteOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Testing Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for a large-scale Workday implementation. This role will focus on overseeing the testing strategy, coordinating multiple testing phases, and ensuring seamless integration between Workday and downstream systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the overall end-to-end testing strategy with a focus on Workday integrations.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.Establish governance processes for defect management, risk identification, and mitigation.Oversee the development of test scenarios and scripts for Workday integrations.Coordinate and manage Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.Manage data staging and validation for Workday integrations including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs, and related downstream systems.Ensure data migration accuracy and reconciliation across environments.Collaborate with business stakeholders, HRIT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and testing readiness.Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and readiness metrics to leadership teams.Prepare test summary reports including coverage analysis, defect trends, and go-live readiness assessments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Workday testing, with strong expertise in Workday Integrations.Proven experience managing end-to-end testing for large Workday implementations.Strong familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing.Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and regression testing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong leadership and project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.Experience working on Workday implementations replacing PeopleSoft as a legacy system is highly preferred.Note:Interested candidates please share your updated CV on shravani.yarajala@softstandard.com
