Janitorial Services Worker

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of large spaces and specialized equipment maintenance Assist with custodial duties related to trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface sanitation Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or flooring issues Maintain a safe work environment by following proper safety protocols and using personal protective equipment Provide porter services such as moving supplies or furniture to support operational needs Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and buffing procedures Experience with industrial cleaning tools and supplies is advantageous Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks efficiently Excellent time management skills with a proactive attitude toward completing daily duties Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and comfort!
