So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Key Responsibilities Duties: The Current Product Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC in New Holland, PA will lead cross functional teams to solve quality issues related to Flagship Case IH product. Provide global responsibility for products produced in Grand Island and Sorocaba. Work efficiently to resolve problems generating high ACPU or F/100 and identify emerging issues in order to provide solutions prior to widespread exposure in the field. Work closely with counterparts from other platforms to drive common methods and practices. Actively participate in analyzing feedback from the field organization which includes Pro-Harvest, Early Warning Team, Product Specialist reviews and report on current status of active projects and emerging issues. Track and report on the current status of the Quality platform to Harvesting GPP Leadership and lead and facilitate the meetings to discuss quality issues. Develop and maintain Global tracking of all active projects including priority projects, in conjunction with the Global Quality Manager. Prepare R&D budget estimates for individual projects, total Q&R effort, and capital, where applicable. Lead Q&R SCRUM Team and focus on providing rapid and effective solutions to quality issues. Drive collaboration across multiple CNH organizations (Engineering, Analysis and Validation, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Product Quality). Ensure teams are following guidelines for tracking and reporting progress of the various projects within designated CNH tools (CMS, CTS, PCM). Support the development of the Engineering Test Plan and Design Validation Plan along with Product Development (PD) and Product Validation (PV) to monitor the compliance of the plan. Provide expertise in PRB (Problem Resolution Board), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), design reviews and advanced problem-solving activities. Coordinate quality efforts with team leading efforts on cost reduction and current product improvement. Develop and maintain tracking for KPI's such as CORF and MERF ACPU / F/100 and TTF, in conjunction with Product Quality organization. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Salary: $133,875- $205,275/yearExperience Required Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field plus 10 years of experience as an electrical engineer or related occupation. The 10 years of experience must include 10 years of experience with each of the following: 1) Combine Harvesters, Systems and Sub-systems; 2) Development, validation and release processes in an industrial environment; 3) Harvesting combine product and customer knowledge/benchmark; 4) Quality tools including 7 step, 5-why, fishbone, Kaizen, and lessons learned; 5) Quality and customer feedback metrics, warranty cost, and reporting; and 6) Using facts and business metrics to drive decisions.
