Data Integration - Team Lead

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDLocation: Fort Belvoir, VAMinimum Qualifications:Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager, plus:4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or disseminationDemonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperabilityDemonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex conceptsEducation:* Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or universityOR* Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineOR* High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineCertifications / Clearance:* Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance* Ability to obtain CI polygraphAdditional Requirement:* Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOMSpecial Qualifications / Duties:Leads data integration efforts across intelligence systems and environmentsOversees data governance, interoperability, and system integration initiativesCoordinates with internal and external stakeholders to support intelligence information sharingDevelops and maintains SOPs and integration documentationProduces reports and briefings to communicate integration efforts, requirements, and outcomesEqual Employment Opportunity StatementCFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
