Inc. is seeking an HR & Administration Specialist to oversee on-site administrative operations at its North Carolina warehouse while providing Human Resources support for the U.S. team and administrative coordination with the company's HR & Administration Department in China. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing office administration with HR responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day administrative operations of the U.S. office and warehouse.Coordinate office administration, procurement, and facility-related activities.Support warehouse administrative processes and operational coordination.Provide Human Resources administrative support for the U.S. team.Assist with employee documentation, records management, and HR administration.Coordinate with the China-based HR & Administration team to support global initiatives.Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and international teams.Maintain organized records and ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.Support additional administrative and HR projects as assigned.QualificationsExperience in Human Resources, office administration, or a related administrative role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Experience supporting warehouse or office operations is preferred.Ability to coordinate effectively with both local and international teams.Equal Opportunity StatementXAERO U.S.A.
