Thoroughly review and analyze Profee (Physician) medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses, procedures, and treatments. * Accurately assign medical codes to precisely reflect clinical documentation. * Ensure the integrity and precision of coded data. * Stay abreast of evolving coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices through continuous research. * Actively participate in coding quality improvement processes to uphold and enhance your coding accuracy. * Maintain optimal productivity levels while adhering to established coding quality and efficiency benchmarks. * Uphold strict patient confidentiality and privacy standards in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations * “The pay range for this position starts at $26 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
