AI-Native Product Designer (Claude-Centric / Agentic UX)
About the roleWe’re building the next generation of AI-powered infrastructure for guest identity, communication, and operations.This is not a traditional design role.We’re looking for a Product Designer who designs with AI, not for AI — someone who uses tools like Claude, Claude Design, and AI-native prototyping environments to create intelligent, adaptive, and automated product experiences.You will help redefine UX in a world where interfaces are dynamic, conversational, and agent-driven.What you’ll do1. Design AI-first, agent-driven experiencesDesign workflows where Claude (or similar LLMs) is the core interfaceCreate:- AI copilots- Autonomous flows- Smart recommendationsReplace manual UX flows with intelligent automation2. Prototype using AI as a core tool (not a helper)Use Claude + Claude Design to:- Generate flows- Iterate UX logic- Simulate real interactionsBuild interactive prototypes, not static screensPrototype directly in:- Code (with AI assistance)- AI-powered design environments3. Work in a design ↔ code loopCollaborate closely with engineers using:- Cursor / Windsurf / Claude CodeTranslate ideas into:- Functional prototypes- Real product logicBlur the line between design and implementation4. Design systems for AI behavior (not just UI)Define:- Agent behaviors- Decision flows- Prompt structures (in collaboration with AI engineers)Design how the system:- Thinks- Responds- Acts autonomously5.
