Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager / Senior ManagerBCS Finance is partnering with a $60m + PE-backed Field Services company in NE Atlanta that is seeking a high-impact FP&A Manager to join its team.This is a critical, hands-on role that will be tasked with building out the FP&A function for the company. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, board reporting, and strategic support across the organization. This role will report directly to the CFO and have exposure to the PE firm as well.Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting process with business unit leaders and the CFOOwn the rolling forecast and variance analysisBuild models to forecast revenue, expenses, capex, and cash flowProvide insights on business performance, trends, and key metricsPartner with ops, sales, and HR to understand drivers of performanceSupport pricing, margin, and productivity initiativesLead preparation of board materials (financial results, KPIs, outlook)Support the CFO and PE sponsor with ad hoc reporting and analysisAnalyze capex projects, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiativesSupport the CFO and PE sponsor with ad hoc reporting and analysisRequirements:5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance for a multi-site businessAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with ERP and BI tools like NetSuite, Tableau, Power BIStrong communication skills—comfortable with executive and board-level contentSelf-starter with high attention to detail and a sense of urgencyBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)Previous experience working for a PE-backed organization is preferred
