Injury Prevention Specialist

Compensation- $25.00-35.00/hr.ApexNetwork Physical Therapy has an immediate need for an experienced Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist in Greenville, IL. This position is responsible for providing onsite injury prevention and management as well as health improvement programs for employees. The goals of the position are to provide injury prevention services, early intervention services, and participate in ergonomic assessments.Position TasksMust be a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, or a certified Athletic Trainer, eligible to practice in the state of IllinoisProgram administered and supervised according to safe and established protocolHot or cold therapy, massage, non-rigid supports, kinesiotapingNon-pharmacological pain management and modalities1:1 body mechanics and functional movement trainingRange of motion and flexibility exercise programsSite-wide educational resources and eventsOffice ergonomics consultation and assessmentsEducational and professional advice to employees on injury prevention and healthWhat We're Look For: Bachelor's degree in related fieldAthletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science / Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related fieldState licensure / certificationCurrent First Aid / CPR / AED certificationErgonomic Certification or training preferred but not requiredJob Type:PRN in-person Hours: 8-hours, one day per week.
