PCB supports financial advisors and clients by providing various lending and cash solutions including securities based lending, structured lending, mortgage, and margin. Work in a dynamic team environment to distribute educational resources and communication plans that support product initiatives and campaigns. Assist in creating and updating Sales team collateral and coordinating conferences/events materials and logistics. Support the Sales team efforts through data input, analysis, and reporting. May also provide a wide variety of administrative and support services.Job DescriptionEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports PCB and Cash Solutions team members and subject matter experts to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and consistent to the individual product areas, PCB as a whole, and the firm.Creates and maintains dashboards and other reporting to track the effectiveness of Sales team efforts.Maintains data and performs routine analyses and calculations involved in preparing recurring team reports.Under general oversight, participates in the creation of Sales team materials to support the varied needs and other educational resources for broad initiatives.Project management support.Provides support for sales initiatives by coordinating the production and distribution of PowerPoint presentations, reports, and internal sales communications.Coordinates and performs a range of operational support activities to support Sales team initiatives.Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and other similar activities, which may include coordinating travel and lodging accommodations.Maintains promotional item inventory and is responsible for distribution for conferences and events.Oversees the distribution of product education and marketing literature and maintains sales team communication hub.Conducts basic market research and compiles results for projects, as assigned.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Knowledge ofPrinciples and practices of sales enablement , client relations, marketing, and communications.Basic fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.Skill inOrganizing, managing, and executing on objectives with general oversight, a strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism.Gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources.Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.Time management skills and a “roll up the sleeves” mentality.Operating standard office equipment and using required software.Ability toReview and analyze data for dashboardsCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Interact with management at all levels.Meet deadlines while attending to detail and maintaining a big picture orientation.Be a creative thinker and have an entrepreneurial mindset.Multi-task in a dynamic, growing environment.Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentEducationBachelor’s: Communications, Bachelor’s: Finance, Bachelor’s: MarketingWork ExperienceGeneral Experience - 4 to 6 monthsCertificationsTravelLess than 25%WorkstyleResidentThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
