Role : Agentic AI developersLocation : Irving (Tx) office (Primary)/ Chalotte, NC (Secondary)ContractKey ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI DevelopmentDesign and develop LLM-based AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task executionBuild and manage multi-agent orchestration workflowsEnable agents to interact with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, tools)Java & Backend EngineeringDevelop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MicroservicesBuild REST APIs to support AI-driven workflows and integrationsEnsure performance, scalability, and maintainability of servicesGCP & GenAI ImplementationDevelop AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Pub/SubWork with Vertex AI Agent Builder and Google ADK for agent developmentLLM, RAG & Context EngineeringImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelinesBuild context-aware systems using vector search and embeddingsOptimize prompts and workflows for performance and costMLOps & DeploymentDeploy and monitor AI models and agents in productionImplement CI/CD pipelines, logging, and observabilityEnsure reliability, safety, and guardrails for AI systemsRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience3–7 years of software development experienceStrong hands on experience in Python2+ years experience building and deploying real world agents in Production environmentStrong hands-on experience in Java backend development (4+ years exp)Hands of experience in developing AI/ML or Generative AI projectsCore Technical SkillsHands on experience on Google ADK, MCP servers, agent to agent communication, agent orchestration.Java (4+), Spring Boot, MicroservicesREST APIs and distributed systems designHands on experience on Python, LLMs, GenAI, and agent-based systemsHands on experience with GCP services (Vertex AI preferred)
