Help Strengthen & Shape a Growing HR Department Focused on Excellence!St. Marcus is seeking an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented HR Generalist to support and enhance a developing HR function. In this part-time role, you’ll help refine systems, improve processes, and contribute to the continued growth of a people-centered and efficient HR department.Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist provides comprehensive support across all areas of the HR function. This role leverages technology to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment through retirement—by coordinating onboarding, maintaining accurate records, supporting benefits and compliance processes, and assisting with employee communications and engagement.
