Systems/ Network Administrator (ONSITE)

Systems/ Network Administrator (Onsite ONLY)(Calabasas, CA) IDrive Inc. is a leader in cloud storage, backup and sync services with over 5 million users worldwide, and over 1 exabyte of storage. We are seeking a skilled Facilities Systems/ Network Engineer with a strong foundation in IT engineering and expertise in network security and troubleshooting office equipment and network. Qualifications: * Minimum of 4 years experience as IT technician, IT support, or a related field * Experience with basic cybersecurity principles, network security and antivirus software. * Experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment utilizing Active Directory, Hyper-V and Exchange * Experience working with network and server management support * Proficiency with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, and experience with network services like DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration. * Proficiency with managing and supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS * Proficiency of commonly used software (office suites, browsers, antivirus programs, etc.), and the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot them. * Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting office equipment (computers, printers, phones, etc.). * Familiarity with security camera systems and surveillance technology. * On-site full-time, in addition, be available for on-call * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely * Keep track of tasks completed and keep records of any cases worked on * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Be willing to tackle interesting and unique projects that may require inventive solutions to accomplish with the aid of your team. * Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Relevant certifications in IT support, network administration(e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA) * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience with security camera systems and fob access control systems. * Experience with office inventory management tools and software/systems * Experience with VOIP phone systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * System administration: 4 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Calabasas, CA 91302 (Required) Work Location: In person
