Sr. Accountant

We are partnering with a growing company in the apparel and retail industry to hire a Senior Accountant. This role will play a key part in day-to-day accounting operations and the month-end close, supporting accurate and timely financial reporting in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This is an onsite position in West Hollywood with 1 WFH day per week, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and collaborative across teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data Analyze financial statements and investigate variances Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes Partner with AP, AR, Payroll, and Operations to improve workflows and reporting Review invoices and assist with AP processes as needed Assist with audits and prepare supporting schedules and documentation Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Support the Controller with ad hoc projects (e.g., sales tax, filings, audits) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (retail or apparel experience preferred) Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
