See details below.Executive Assistant to the CFOJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CFO at Westland Construction. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring the CFO’s time, priorities, and communications are handled with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and a high level of initiative.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the CFO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving conflictsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logisticsPrepare and edit presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetingsPerform light data analysis and spreadsheet management, including organizing and manipulating data in ExcelServe as a liaison between the CFO and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communicationAssist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and executive-level engagementsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CFOManage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentationAnticipate the needs of the CFO and proactively address administrative and operational requirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience:3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadershipExperience in construction or a related industry is a plusPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
