Our client in downtown Chicago is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the firm's HR senior leadership on a contract-to-hire basis. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meetings, travel, and team activitiesPrepare and format documents, reports, and presentationsProcess expense reports, invoices, and other administrative requestsSupport HR reporting and maintain internal tracking logsAssist with employee recognition programs and internal communicationsAct as a liaison across teams and provide general administrative supportHelp with additional projects and day-to-day tasks as neededRequirements3+ years of administrative/executive supportAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency in Outlook and PowerPointDetail orientedAbility to manage multiple prioritiesSalary + bonusCompetitive Benefits (health, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement benefits, etc.)
