About the Role:
We are seeking a Public Policy Manager to coordinate and build policy programs that showcase the value of company's platforms and products to policymakers and other key audiences in the US.
This role involves working across diverse content, policy, and product areas to advance company goals by developing and supporting initiatives that educate and inform stakeholders.
Job Title : Public Policy Manager II
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, create, and execute policy experiences, events, and outreach programs to educate and inform policy stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Policy, Product, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships to advance company’s policy goals.
Build and manage partnerships with external stakeholders; represent the company at events, conferences, coalition meetings, and working groups.
Support engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion makers, non-profits, and other groups.
Prepare company executives for meetings and public appearances involving third-party groups and stakeholders.
Develop and lead internal processes to streamline team workflows and enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Travel as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy or a related field required.
Minimum two to five years of experience in government, technology, policy, or nonprofit sectors.
Experience engaging with policy stakeholders.
Experience managing policy programs and events.
Knowledge of the federal and/or state policy-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in government, technology, policy, or nonprofit sectors.
5+ years of experience managing policy programs and events.
Location: Washington, DC [Onsite]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $83,200 – $128,960 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
