Rx Packer The Rx Packer will work in the packing area for Alivia Specialty Pharmacy organizing shipments, routes, and packaging patient and medical office orders; ensuring the integrity of the products.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Collect and pack shipments for each order with precision and efficiency.Build boxes, bins, and refrigerators for shipping and place items in the correct area.Handle, sort, and pack merchandise in an organized manner while keeping the work area clean.Ensure that packages are correctly labeled before shipping and follow safety procedures.Participate in quality control tests and evaluations to ensure the accuracy of orders.These responsibilities ensure that products are prepared for shipment in a timely and safe manner.Keep shipments separated and organized by route.Receive and assist in the receipt of merchandise.Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies required for packaging.Ensure that refrigerator products are properly identified.Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and help identify opportunities to improve processes.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.Perform and organize route assignments daily.Professional Competencies Required:Organization and concentration.Excellent teamwork skills.Scanning, packing, and loading.Detail-oriented.Ability to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision.Proficient in the use of computers.Education and Experience:High School Diploma and/or 6 months of retail experience preferred.***EEOC F/M/V/D***
