JOB PURPOSE: The Service Support Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction by providing quick, efficient, and professional support services within food and beverage operations. This role supports bar, dining room, and service teams across multiple outlets and locations as assigned based on business needsEssential duties include, but are not limited to:Provides guest service support across food and beverage outlets, as assigned based on business needsAssists with bar, dining room, and service area setup, opening, closing, and breakdownMaintains clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout service periodsStocks bar and service stations to established par levels, including glassware, beverages, and suppliesMaintains clean glassware, service ware, and equipment as neededSupports bartenders and servers by responding promptly to operational and service needsGreets guests courteously and supports overall guest service flowDelivers food to correct tables in accordance with tickets, floor plans, and seat numbersVerifies guest satisfaction during food delivery and communicates service needs to servers or managementClears, cleans, and sanitizes tables and service areas before, during, and after serviceMaintains awareness of menu offerings, service times, and general floor layoutsEnsures work areas remain free of hazards, standing water, debris, or obstructionsDemonstrates the ability to think clearly, remain focused, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentPerforms assigned duties with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalismDuties, responsibilities, and work locations may change or be assigned at any time based on business needs.Must be available to work varied schedules, shifts, and locations, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and different outlets as assignedQualificationsMinimum one (1) year experience as a food runner, dining room attendant, barback, or similar food and beverage support role preferredOther relevant hotel or food and beverage experience will be consideredAbility to communicate clearly and professionally in English with guests, management, and co-workersStrong customer service, service recovery, and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and organized in high-volume and high-pressure environmentsAbility to work cohesively with team members across departmentsAbility to prioritize tasks and respond to guest and operational needs efficientlyMust be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidaysWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to stand and walk for extended periods, including entire work shiftsRequires repetitive motion involving hands, arms, and legsWork may be performed in indoor and outdoor environmentsTools & EquipmentServing trays, tray jacksFlatware, glassware, service equipmentPOS terminalsAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned
