Onboard ? Manage ? Exit lifecycle• Align with enterprise priorities (scale, experience, compliance)Domain Expertise• Deep knowledge of:• Core HR (worker data, org structures, business processes)• Recruiting workflows (sourcing ? offer ? hire)• Simplify complex workflows and eliminate frictionExperience & Journey Design• Redesign moments that matter:• Hiring manager experience• Candidate experience• Employee lifecycle events• Drive self-service and automation-first mindsetSolutioning & Delivery• Work closely with:• Solution engineers• Integration teams• Lead design and prototyping of:• Recruiting workflows• Core HR processes• Ensure scalable and reusable configurationsAI & Automation• Drive:• AI-enabled recruiting (screening, matching)• Intelligent workflows (case management, onboarding)• Partner with tools like:• Workday AI / SANA / integrations (as applicable)Execution & Governance• Own backlog and prioritization• Ensure alignment with:• Data governance• Security models• I ntegration standards
