Looking for an HR professional who has processed payroll as part of their responsibilities. Must haves:-3+ years of HR experience-2+ years of payroll processing experience-MS OfficePreferred:-Bachelor degree-PaychexKey ResponsibilitiesPayroll & HRIS AdministrationProcess biweekly payroll for approximately 75 employees using PaychexManage payroll for both salaried and hourly employeesReview and approve hourly employee time submissionsEnsure all employees submit PTO requests and that managers approve timecardsPerform final HR batch approval of payroll prior to processingMaintain accurate employee records within the HRIS systemRetirement Benefits Administration (401(k))Generate payroll reports from Paychex and prepare contribution dataUpload and manage 401(k) contributions through VanguardMaintain participant records, including new hire enrollments and terminationsPerformance Management SupportSupport performance management processes using Lattice (reviews, goals, growth, engagement)Assist with launching and closing engagement surveys (e.g., Spring survey)Help analyze engagement data and prepare reports or insights for leadership as neededRecruiting & Onboarding CoordinationSupport recruitment efforts using JazzHR (ATS), including job postings and candidate trackingCoordinate onboarding activities using established processes and tracking toolsEnsure a smooth onboarding experience for new hiresGeneral HR & Administrative SupportProvide administrative support across HR functionsUse Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for communication, reporting, and documentationMaintain organized records and trackers to support HR operations
