Third Shift Supervisor

Third Shift Supervisor First Choice Packaging Solutions is currently searching for a motivated, detail-orientated individual to supervise our Third Shift Thermoforming department. High school diploma or equivalent required, college is a plus 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and ERP experience 7. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all employees assigned to the production schedule. 2. Coordinate worker line assignments to ensure a smooth startup. 3. Schedule all employees to maximize meeting the scheduled needs and efficiencies. 4. Ensure setups are ready and done properly. 5. Provide written reports as required. 6. Check quality of work performed and promote quality finished product. 7. Monitor efficiencies of work performed. 8. Make necessary changes to make lines more efficient. 9. Ensure Line Leaders and Line Workers are on the line maximizing utilization of equipment. 10. Monitor handling and reporting of damaged or scrapped components. 11. Provide training to Area Leaders and Line Leaders 12. Ensure all employees are properly trained. 13. Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed and proactively promote a safe work environment. 14. Work with HR to recruit, interview, and train new hires. 15. Provide pre-production and post-production inspections. 16. Follow building opening and closing procedures. 17. Enforce all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. 18. Provide necessary documentation in timely manner.
