Job SummaryAs a Lead Bartender, you are the backbone of our beverage program. You will balance high-volume, precision mixology with shift leadership. In addition to providing elite service to our members and guests, you will direct the team in the absence of a managerhandling scheduling adjustments, delegating tasks, and providing hands-on mentorship to fellow associates. Core ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Lead shift operations, manage associate no-shows, and provide real-time guidance to ensure seamless service. Mixology & Service: Execute resort-standard cocktails using exact recipes and portions; maintain expert knowledge of house wines, craft beers, and premium spirits. Operations: Manage bar requisitions and inventory pars; ensure the bar is stocked, organized, and cleaned to specification. Communication: Conduct pre-shift briefings and complete daily operational reports to ensure fluidity between management and staff. Compliance: Maintain impeccable sanitary conditions and strictly adhere to TABC regulations and OSHA Hazard Communication standards. QualificationsExperience: Proven bartending experience, ideally in a luxury resort or high-volume fine dining environment. Certifications: Valid TABC and Food Handler's certifications (required). Age: Must be 18+ (21+ preferred). Communication: Excellent verbal skills; ability to engage with a diverse membership and lead a team with clarity.
